Hello Housing, on behalf of the City of Santa Clara, is excited to be sharing the opportunity to purchase four (4) Below Market Rate Homes recently completed by Taylor Morrison located at 3041, 3051 and 3045 El Camino in the City of Santa Clara. These townhomes consist of 1- bedroom, 2- bedroom and 3- bedroom homes and are available to Low-income and Moderate-Income households.

The Pre-Application period is NOW OPEN for two 3-bedroom BMR units located in buildings 3051 and 3045 El Camino Real.  The deadline to submit a pre-application is February 5th, 2025 to be considered for the Application Lottery.

The Pre-Application is the first step in the application process.  Interested homebuyers should review the application process to become familiar with the selection process.  In order to submit a pre-application by the February 5th 
deadline, interested homebuyers will need to contact a residential mortgage lender and obtain a mortgage pre-qualification letter that supports the purchase price of the unit that you are interested in buying.  You are welcome to reach out to the City's preferred lenders or you can contact your bank if they provide mortgage lending for this letter.
